Een ijzersterke community en minstens even sterke begeleiding. Je kunt erop vertrouwen dat zowel de coaches als de rest van de atleten je motiveren om het beste uit jezelf te halen; je komt hier geen ego-trippers tegen. Fysiek ben ik sterker geworden dan ik ooit had gedacht, maar ook mentaal heb ik grote stappen gemaakt. Ik kan mij geen leven zonder CrossFit meer voorstellen en raadt iedereen aan om eens een les te komen proberen bij CrossFit Purmerend!

“Nooit gedacht dat ik sporten met 51 jaar zo leuk zou vinden. De lessen van CrossFit Purmerend zijn elke keer anders, het biedt voor ieders niveau een uitdaging en het is geweldig om met elkaar samen te sporten. De CrossFit lessen, (conditioneel) boksen, olympic liften…..ik doe overal aan mee, aangepast waar nodig en ik voel mij fit en vol energie. Ik voel mij thuis bij CrossFit Purmerend en ben trots op ‘Represent the Bull’!
